Sachidananda Dash is the Founder of Tensift Farmers Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd., an innovative startup dedicated to sustainable waste management circular economy solutions. He has pioneered conversion of food organic waste into high-quality fish poultry feed,helping reduce environmental pollution while creating value for farmers aquaculture sector.
Under his leadership, Tensift has received national recognition, including the National Farmers Day Award (2023 and 2025) from ICAR – Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (CIFA) in presence of the Hon’ble Union Ministers of Fisheries Agriculture, along with senior officials of ICAR. In 2026,company also received an Appreciation Certificate from District Industries Centre, Ganjam (MSME) for innovation and entrepreneurship.
His vision is to build a cleaner, greener,self-reliant India by transforming waste into valuable resources, empowering farmers, promoting sustainable aquaculture,generating employment through innovative technologies.
